GG88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for All Malaysian Members

1 Membership Eligibility

The GG88 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Must be an individual — corporate or group accounts are not permitted
• Has never previously received a membership ban from GG88
• Registration is entirely voluntary and must not be made under any form of coercion or pressure from another party
• Must not be an employee, agent, or representative of GG88 or any of GG88's partner providers

GG88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Accepted documents include a MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or a JPJ-issued driving licence. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2 Registration & Account Management

The GG88 account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required during registration are:

• Full name as per official identification document
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your own name
• A unique and secure password (minimum eight characters)
• Date of birth for age verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. GG88 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs on your account — whether by you or by any third party who gains access to your account for any reason — is entirely your responsibility.

GG88 does not permit the transfer of account ownership. A GG88 account belongs solely to the registered owner and may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared with any other individual under any circumstances.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

GG88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the listed Malaysian e-wallet and online banking payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

GG88 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements, which are clearly stated on the respective promotions page
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover requirements
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless otherwise stated
• A bonus that has already been used for gameplay cannot be reversed or cancelled
• GG88 reserves the right to void any bonus if an attempt at abuse or fraud is detected
• Bonuses have a stated validity period — expired bonuses cannot be used or transferred

An important distinction between bonus funds and lottery winnings: unlike promotional bonus funds, lottery prize winnings and 4D prizes won through tickets purchased with real money are not subject to any rollover requirements. These winnings are credited as real money and may be withdrawn at any time.

GG88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of any discrepancy between translations or different language versions of promotion terms, the Bahasa Melayu version displayed on the GG88 platform shall prevail.

5 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the GG88 platform — including video slots, live casino, digital table games, 4D and Toto lottery, Keno, and Sports Betting covering BWF badminton, the Malaysia Super League, and the EPL — are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible through the platform's help section.

• Game outcomes generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed
• Confirmed sports bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started, except in specific technical circumstances
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface
• GG88 reserves the right to void any bets placed during system outages or when odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use automated software (bots), or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure

For sports betting specifically — if a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe stipulated by the relevant sporting rules, GG88 reserves the right to void all related bets and return the stake amount to the member's account balance. This procedure is industry standard and does not favour any party.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

GG88 has a zero-tolerance policy toward behaviour that harms the platform or other members. The following actions may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of an account without prior notice:

• Registering or using more than one account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended (bonus abuse)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or manipulate outcomes
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without meaningful gaming activity (withdrawal fraud)
• Harassing, threatening, or sexually harassing Live Casino hosts or other members
• Any attempt at money laundering or other illegal activities through the platform

7 GG88 Liability Limits

GG88 strives to keep the platform running without interruption twenty-four hours a day. However, technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable. GG88 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability in such circumstances.

• GG88 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from third-party internet connection disruptions
• GG88 is not liable for any financial decisions made by members based on information displayed on the platform
• GG88's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim

8 Privacy, Personal Data & Security

In short, gg88 does not sell, rent, or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your written consent. 9 Account Closure by Member

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the use of the GG88 platform that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and GG88 within 30 days may be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.

GG88's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
